When you walk through the door, we already know what you’re doing that day. You pick a rack, grab a barbell, and your coach writes 2–3 focused exercises on the board. Your coach tells you what weight to load, how many reps to perform, and gives feedback on every set.
After your session, they’ll write your next program. You go home, rest, and come back two days later to do it again. No wasted time. Just simple, effective training—without unnecessary warmups or distractions.
