“My husband attends this gym and I see a noticeable difference in his physique. His trainer, Greg pushes him and keeps him motivated with his strength training. He is also very understanding when life happens or family stuff comes up and he has to miss a session or 2. “If you’re looking to get stronger and healthier go see Greg. Lifting at Traditional Strength helped me put on a lot of lean muscle! I feel and look better.
