What Coaching Looks Like

At Traditional Strength, we specialize in loaded human movements—using resistance training to help clients of all ages and experience levels build strength and improve their quality of life. Our experienced strength coaches teach fundamental barbell lifts including the squat, press, bench press, and deadlift, offering real-time feedback and expert instruction every step of the way. Each exercise is tailored to your individual capabilities, and every program is customized to your specific goals.


We offer both private and group training sessions by appointment at our private facility in Edmond, Oklahoma.


Most of our members train in a group setting three times per week. Each session includes three exercises and typically lasts 1 to 2 hours. Every repetition you perform is coached, ensuring you're moving safely and effectively. You'll add weight gradually over time—getting stronger, more confident, and more skilled with every session.


This process is not easy—and that’s the point. It’s challenging, and because it’s challenging, it delivers real results.
