Yes, we provide guidance on nutrition habits that help to optimize recovery for the greatest strength benefits.
We provide expert coaching combined with individual programming specific to your needs to yield you the best results possible. You will get stronger.
Most of our members lift 3 days per week. This program format yields the best possible results while optimizing recovery.
It’s simple, you will be taught 4-5 compound exercises. You will perform 3 each session and add just a little weight to the bar each time you come in. This way you get stronger overtime, while still perfecting the technique in the process. Then you will go home, recover, and come back 48 hours later to do it again!
Each session typically lasts 90 minutes, leaving plenty of time to rest between exercises.
