Our expert strength coaches teach proven barbell movements—like the squat, press, bench press, deadlift, and power clean—using a methodical, personalized approach. Each session includes real-time coaching to ensure your form is dialed in and your progress stays consistent.
We tailor every exercise to your current ability and design training plans around your unique goals—whether that’s getting stronger, improving mobility, boosting confidence, or aging with power.

We offer both private and group training sessions by appointment at our private facility in Edmond, Oklahoma.
Most of our members train in group sessions three times per week. Each session includes three exercises and lasts 60-90 minutes. Classes are offered in 2-4 hour time blocks. Members can arrive anytime within their block and receive coaching, maximizing flexibility.
Every repetition you perform is coached, ensuring you move safely and effectively. You’ll add weight gradually over time—getting stronger, more confident, and more skilled with every session.
